Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of Shell's retail outlets in UAE, USA, Qatar, India, Oman, UK, Malaysia & Canada.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met and maintained.
• Monitor sales and inventory levels for each outlet.
• Ensure that all safety and compliance regulations are followed.
• Develop and implement promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to get the best prices for Shell products.
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are carried out in accordance with Shell's policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer data to identify potential areas of improvement.
